"Beautiful views, but would not rent again due to the smell and constant footsteps heard."

Beautiful view of the ocean and canyon. Easy parking with nice apartment layout.

Very strong perfume cleaning smell in apartment upon arrival. Very irritating to the sinuses. Took several days for smell to dissipate. Also, the unit was a ground floor apartment. It appears a business is being run in the apartment above. Heavy footsteps could be heard day and all night on weekdays. Saw many individuals coming and going. Finally, not a fan of all the security cameras. Many pointed directly at the windows.
