INey sent ppl for cleaning. But, when detached again they did not send. Basically, this issue should have been FIXED well before. This recurring issue was not fixed to prevent even until my check out. - reported hair lying at the water exit drainage pipe, but not cleaned during my entire stay, cleaner had not removed HAIR LYING AT DRAINAGE exit point. - Two working condition AC remote were found. The one easily accessible did not work - accepted staying without AC. Complained about AC. But the management did not have any clue about two remotes, both in working condition. But the one that was not for this AC did not work. I complained but no solution. Next I found second remote far away near cupboard and that remote was meant for the AC. This was my last day - I stayed without AC when needed 2-3 times. Weather was ok few days without AC, but few times it was required due to humid & little hot. In short, only ONE RENOTE should be in room to prevent confusion
