Civico 513 Apartments Centro, Lungomare e Self Check-in

The apartment is well-located for exploring Reggio. It is quite comfortable and feels spacious. The kitchen has nice appliances and the bathroom is very comfortable. Lots of nice fluffy towels. The terrace is very nice, sunny and quiet. Important to note that the entire city center is on a mountainside, so climbing lots of stairs to get from one street to another is unavoidable. In addition to two or three hundred steps up from sea level, there are 29 steps from the street to the apartment.

I was there for four days, and there were several inconveniences and annoyances: 1) The first two days the wifi did not work at all. The other two days it worked well except that it would disconnect frequently- I could reestablish the connection quickly. 2) The water to the apartment was completely cut off every night around 23:00. There was absolutely no water until the next morning. 3) On Friday night the restaurant across the street may have hosted a large group. The music was intolerably loud and people stood around outside talking loudly until 2:00 a.m. Also, several small things should be addressed that would help to give a 5-star rating for this apartment. For example, the shower head does not fit its holder, the shower drain cover is not attached to the shower drain, the coffee pods did not fit the coffee machine, and it would have been nice to have a bit of laundry detergent for the washing machine.

Good size apartment 10 min away from the seafront and train station lido.

Flat very nice, a little small kitchen equipment. No water on one day (night).

The location is great, the apartment was big enough. The apartment has a small terrace, without a view.

The floor of the apartment was dirty. The apartment was full of mosquitoes. For two nights, the three of us received only one small roll of paper. The single bed was very unstable, had a bad yogi and no blanket. Everything worked in the kitchen, but there were only two knives, two plates and some very small plates.

Comfortable clean apartment only a few minutes walk to the centre.The owner was very accommodating and allowed us early entry.

This was easy to find and a reasonable walk from the ferry terminal. The apartment was very spacious with a well appointed bathroom. The owner bent over backwards to be helpful and our requests were meet fairly quickly.

There was no kettle to boil water so we used a small pot with not everyone drinking coffee.

Great location, only 10 min walk to historical centre. Very clean and owner responsive.

The address in the booking confirmation takes you to a different spot so make sure you follow the owners direction. Slightly dirty outside the apartment.
