Внимательно читайте, что есть залог в размере всей оплаты проживания. То есть, сначала ты забронируешь и оплатишь номер, а на следующий день придет письмо, что должны скинуть еще такую же сумму в залог или не получим код от замка. После отъезда залог вернули на 3 день.

Location

The apartment was not clean, and the cleaning had been done very superficially. There was a mosquito problem, and even mosquito repellents were ineffective. If you are arriving by car, finding a parking space is extremely difficult. Although the apartment had a washing machine, not even a single laundry detergent pod or packet was provided. Likewise, despite having a kitchen, there was no cooking oil available. We come for a short vacation of just a few days, so having to purchase these basic necessities ourselves is not very practical. Our check-in time was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but due to cleaning issues, we were only able to check in around 5:00 PM. When we requested a late check-out, we received no response. Even though these problems were caused by the property management, no compensation or effort was made to make up for the inconvenience. We were traveling with our child, and these issues made our stay even more difficult. Other than the location, I was not satisfied with anything about this property.

The location was perfect — close to the promenade, restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it very easy to explore Malta. The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive from the beginning until the end of our trip. Check-in was smooth, and we felt welcomed immediately. The area was safe and quiet, while still being close to all the main attractions. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sliema. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Butas erdvus, patogi vieta - šalia prieplauka, stotelė. Du atskiri miegamieji patogu keliaujant su vaikais. Virtuvėje visi reikalingi indai. Šeimininkai greit reagavo į žinutes .

Atvykus radome nevalytas grindis, po lova dulkės, mėtosi plaukų gumulai ; baldų paviršiai nepilnai nuvalyti- matėsi pirštų antspaudai. Vonios kambario durys buvo išlūžusios. Bute buvo daug uodų ar mašalų, kurie naktį stipriai visus sukando. Priemonė nuo uodų atbaidymo pasibaigusi.

The apartment offers good value for money and is well laid out, making efficient use of the space. The check-in process and overall administration were straightforward and easy, which made arrival and access hassle-free. Good central location, in a nice area. Not too noisy.

There were several small issues that added up during the stay. The bathroom door was broken, and some appliances like the coffee machine and kettle were not functioning properly. Hot water for the bath was slow to heat, and the water flow was too slow to fill the bath in a reasonable time, which was inconvenient. There was also a significant mosquito problem inside the apartment, despite a plug-in repellent being provided (which had already run out). Additionally, the €400 deposit took about a week to be refunded, and because of the high deposit, it made us hesitant to raise issues in case the host assumed we had caused them.

L'aria condizionata nella sala. Non funzionava, ma non era così grave nel periodo in cui sono stato nell'appartamento (febbraio). Sarebbe stato meglio con un pochino di caldo in più. Niente di drammatico, siamo pur sempre a Malta e d'inverno non fa così freddo. Spero che lo riparino per l'estate! In quel caso serve e come! Me lo auguro per i prossimi ospiti!

Appartement confortable, bien équipé. Très bien situé au calme à proximité des restaurants, commerces et des transports publiques. Hote disponible pour tous renseignements. Nous avons passé un excellant séjour.
