Unique 2 Bedroom Duplex w Exposed Beams in CPH City

Nothing, we couldn't stay in the apartment! Although the location was absolutely in the right place.

We arrived at this apartment at 10 o'clock at night, Eventually sussed out where it was, didn't need to use the code on the door to get into where the apartment sas as it was already unlocked!! climbed 2 flights of stairs to what should of been our apartment to find that it was already occupied, by a gentlemen that looked like he was using the apartment for purposes it wasn't meant for!.. We then contacted the people on my confirmation e-mail, after 1hr. on the phone, they could not find us suitable accommodation, that matched what we had already booked, we ended up sourcing further accommodation ourselves at our cost!

Location

It took a while to find the correct metal gate at first. Instructions on where it is might be better in the description. The bathroom was awfully cold.

The location was supurb, nearby Metro and supermarkt. The shower was nice, the beds were comfy. Silence at night.

The shower is in the doorway for the toilet. The lightswitch was one for all.

Very good location in the Citycenter. Very comfortable and good size beds. Very good distribution of the flat. Very good communication. Good equipment (only missing a microwave oven something to remove the water from the bathroom or something like a curtain to avoid the water of the shower to soak all the floor of the bathroom). Very quiet location.

Some small deails to improve that would allow to reach the excellece: The apartment is quite new and very nice with just a few items that were kind of old or with some cosmetic damage (not a big deal but it is a pitty): marble table was not cosmetic perfect, one water tab was kind of bended, lamp in the center was working well but with some damage and a poor repair from cosmetic point of view. Floor is OK but would need to be repainted. Many things but all small details.

The location of the stay was just amazing. The overall stay was great and very comfortable. It had all the amenities that was mentioned while booking and the whole check-in and check-out process was completely contactless and was very smooth.

There are main two things that could have been better. 1. The bathroom and the toilet had not separation between them. If one has taken a. bath then the whole floor would be wet and then for someone to use the toilet it would be bit uncomfortable. Wish it would be taken care off as there is a rod up there but unfortunately no curtains separating. The door handle for the toilet was very loose and was bit difficult to close the door and lock it properly. 2. The electrical sockets are in a very bad shape and especially the ones on the top are hanging out of the wall. However they provide you with the extension cord which is nice but one needs to be very careful while using it as it ft very unsafe to me.

Location is very good, walking distance to Nyhavn and the subway is only 2 mins away.

The apartment is pretty tired, a very strong smell of sewage from the toilet which is actually a small wet room. We had to remember to leave the toilet door open when we left in the mornings so the smell wasn’t so strong when we returned. Everything was ok but very basic, the photos make it appear more high end than it is. We were quite disappointed.

Amazing location. And very spacious.

Instructions for washing machine. Shower curtain missing from bathroom which led to everything very wet in bathroom. Bathroom sink tap needs attention. No seperate lights in bathroom, extension cords to nowhere!

The location could not have been better. It was great and so central to everything - sights, train station, supermarkets, restaurants. The apartment was adequately appointed. Decor pleasant.

The shower in the bathroom had no screen so the whole bathroom got wet. You could not leave sponge bags or towels in there. The lighting system was not set up well. For the main lights downstairs to be working they had to be all on. The individual light switches did not work. The electrical wiring looked unsafe and several power points were dislodged from the wall. Our Australian adaptors did not fit into some of the power points. We could not use the kettle as the lining was peeling off - we boiled water in a saucepan! There was no plug in the kitchen sink. The main bedroom downstairs did not have an external window, instead it had a window (clear glass) overlooking the living room - not so private! The TV was in the main bedroom as well (not so convenient) and cords were across the floor creating a tripping hazard. We felt it was not value for money.
