The property was light and spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated and furnished. It is within walking distance to the town centre and Cliffe Castle next door. Has private parking.

We found it quite difficult to find the entrance when we arrived. Could do with clearer signs and directions. The apartment needs some attention to the windows and the kitchen cupboard doors. There is a lot of traffic noise when the windows are open.

Very spacious, clean and well appointed apartment. Perfect location for visiting my family, but also for exploring the dales. Convenient for the station and town centre only a quick walk away. David shared lots of timely and helpful info about the property and was very friendly. Would definitely book again for future trips to visit family. The block is very quiet and the other residents I met in the hall were really friendly. Although it is close to a busy road the trees and windows shield and block out the noise and I couldn't hear it even when sat by the large lounge window reading. The large windows let in lots of light which adds to the spacious feel. The bedrooms are at the rear overlooking a garden so it is very quiet at night and the beds are really comfy - my teenage sons are very fussy about uncomfortable beds, but they said the beds were the best they've ever had in a rental. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook for a family. Plenty of parking right out the front of the block which is unusual in the area as most properties in Keighley are terrace houses.

Outstanding service. Excellent flat was well kept, clean, and had all we needed for a short break. The location close to the main roads made it easy to get into the town and onto the main road into the dales. Very positive interaction with the owner and easy to get access. Highley recommended
