Good location Big rooms Decently equipped kitchen

We came to the property very late at night. When we arrived I found a small carpet bug on my bed AND the duvet smelled like smoke. I had to sleep in this bed and the next day we tried to get the duvet and the linen changed and the employees we communicated with didn’t help us at all. They just left us with the dirty smelly duvet during our whole stay and only wrote back 1 day after we left sorry we couldn’t get back to you earlier. This is NOT how you treat paying customers, this was outrageous!

Fabulous view of St Giles Cathedral and square through enormous, floor to ceiling windows. Lovely, spacious living room, with well equipped kitchen area. We also loved the bedroom for its quiet peacefulness.

Nothing

This apartment was fantastic, spacious and had everything you needed. Great location too.

Slightly noisy outside if windows are open but that is because of the road it’s on, which is expected.
