"Loved the location, space and amenities offered but the bugs were a problem."

The property is perfectly located near everything and in a great neighborhood. The space is nice and cozy.

The property is in a basement and upon returning from our concert there were a lot of bugs on the floor.

Large 1 bedroom apartment, perfectly furnished, within walking distance from shops, restaurants and US Capitol/Capitol Library/Folger Shakespeare Library, in a superb and peaceful walkable neighbourhood.

"Excellent location and wonderful apartment"

Great location close to metro and in a pleasant safe area

The mechanics in the cupboard in the basement were very noisy and kept us awake

"Good, private & convenient for exploring DC"

Cute- bed & pillows were very comfy. Great shower head. Nice touch with water in the fridge (Brita), coffee & creamers. Neighborhood is great. Close walk to good food, attractions, ebikes to get to further attractions. Owners were accommodating.

Pullout coach - teenager felt like he was sliding toward the foot. Not pulled out was better for him. Chair not so comfy. Understandable that you wouldn't buy high-end for renters, though. Need to have some dimmers for lighting, as it's all on & bright or all off in the main room. Blinding in bathroom in morning.

minutes walk from national mall nice and quiet block cleaness and bed super comfortable and equipped apartment garage and check in

there was no helicopter landing on the roof:)
