the host is ok but the room cleanliness is terrible. the security guard is ok. View is ok after host exchanged another better view room for me.

pillows were old enough to be thrown away yet still using it. cleanliness was terrible, the cleaners came to clean another round after complained to the host. the way cleaners carried out their duty were jaw dropping - still alot of dusts and hairs and they just swept those "rubbish" outside the corridor carpeted floor, no wonder corridor's floor full of rubbish and dusts. bathroom walls and glasses with old stains , dirts, hairs from previous customers. mattress and blanket and bed sheets with fleas or mites which bite you all night long. i really doubt those who gave good comments, as the host asked me to gave a 10 marks review, by offering discount on my next stay, after knowing how unhappy I was with the stay, really "AMAZING" and jaw dropping offer to me.... i told him that even give me RM30 or RM50, I wont be staying in their rooms again.... the building maintenance also very bad as walls are dirty, overall bad maintenance on car park and other common area and corridor carpeted floors with rubbish....

Easy to access. Very comfortable and valuable for our trip ❤️

The price was reasonable with the room
