BRThe apartment worked fine. There were enough space, equipments, amenities. The information for check in and check out were accurate and the staff get all support necessary promptly.
Hot water system was not designed for 4 people. Parking is an issue to be carefully considered before going to Gibraltar besides loading and unloading luggage in the city hills.

Could have provided a bottle of drinking water at the least for the guest at checkin

MYWould have prefer to collect the keys from the office if possible as the address and instructions provided not sufficient. The instruction is okay but the address is quite confusing as the property has many turns and corners

ROVery nice, comfortable and clean apartament
AZCozy and well equipped ground floor flat in the heart of Gibraltar literally in a few meters from the high street. Will stay again.
Squawking seagulls every morning are really annoying. I would advise the management to install double glazed windows to reduce the noise.
