Beautiful location, comfortable bed, smart TV, easy check in and check out, well stocked kitchen, unique aesthetic

Musty smell, uncomfortable couch, unhelpful host communication (before check in host recommended we communicate via WhatsApp but then never responded to messages), not clear information about parking (providing links I can find on Google isn’t helpful)

L'appartamento costruito nella roccia è davvero originale e affascinante - questa conformazione rende la camera da letto un po' umida. Posizione ottima per poter accede alla città vecchia sia tramite rampe (poco impegnative) o l'ascensore a 1 minuto. Atrezzata di tutto.

"Nice stay in Luxembourg"

Very unique apartment close to the old town area. It was quiet and nice for our short stay. Easy check in experience and well equipped with everything you would need. The apartment is at the bottom of the hill so be prepared to walk up a sharp incline to go anywhere!

The apartment has a mildew/musk scent which we thought may be from the rock walls in the shower. It may be ideal to deep clean this and provide a sealant or better airflow to the bathroom

Nettes Appartement mit moderner Ausstattung und Felswänden in der Nähe des Fahrstuhls zur Oberstadt in Grund. Kommunikation mit Vermieter klappte zeitnah.

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit der Gepäckaufbewahrung vor checkin oder nach checkout. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es etwas laut , da Straße direkt vorm Fenster ist.

The location is good and the apartment but there aren’t water hot. I write to staff within solution so the water was very cold 🥶. The staff arrive very early and we don’t know what they will be able to open the apartment

Videos to assist with issues were great. Amenities were good.

The shower has mold in the rock and you could smell it every time the shower was used. The place looked neat upon check in, but it had not been dusted/swept or aired out in a long time.
