Lost Anchor Cabins - Ocean-view cabins on the bluff

The location was off the chart beautiful. Looks out over the waterfront Nice bench / trading area below cabin

It’s a tad cramped in the bathroom but that’s searching for something to say negative

Beautiful location and well-maintained property and grounds. Private and quiet. Excellent customer service from the owner. Would highly recommend.

nothing - it was perfect

Kevin, the owner and host, is exceptionally hospitable and responsive. He made sure that we had everything we needed from a large kettle to make soup to clean towels everyday. In its setting up on the bluff, the Iliamna cabin has a magnificent view of the volcanoes across Cook Inlet. Eagles nest in the Spruce right outside the kitchen window. A moose came to visit us at the window! The cabin is comfortable and cozy, well appointed with everthing we needed. We stayed for 11 nights and we highly recommend Anchor Point Cabins.

The location was terrific. Once the sun came out the views were amazing! The cabin was small and cozy and had an extremely well outfitted kitchen. A new coffee pot and corkscrew were promptly provided. Kevin and Lauren were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

The main bed in the cabin was in a cramped corner making it a bit difficult to access.

I really like how cozy the room felt. It was the perfect sleeping size for a couple of teenagers and my parents and a toddler and myself. There was a nice view from the big window. There's also a space outside to relax and a hammock to sit outside and grill and look at the water.

The bathroom door was awkward to open and close because it didn't have a handle or indent to help open and close it. It was a little smaller than anticipated. I wish we would have been able to walk to the water from the cabin.

Location was superb. Decor was gorgeous

noise from footsteps on the joint walkway with cabin next door caused our cabin to shake.
