The staff was exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful

Due to Easter weekend the neighborhood was overcrowded

Luxurious, on a quieter street but still very central, very pleasant staff, very comfortable, huge bed, luxurious linen, bath towels, spacious walk in shower, excellent breakfast with outstanding choice of fresh fruits, all the food was of excellent quality

No bidet in the toilet. You have to pay for any tea or coffee that you make in the room.

My favorite place to stay in madrid , the breakfast is amazing and the rooms are very comfortable . Cant say enough good things about the staff, they go above and beyond.

Beautiful hotel run by a very friendly staff. From the moment someone took our bags to the our nightcap at the bar, everyone was excellent, Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in an hotel.

charging a few euros for the espresso pods in the room was a bit much.
