The Lofts on Indian Point - Near Silver Dollar City

Nice quaint and quiet neighborhood just down the road from downtown Branson. Spent one night here while attending a concert. Plush soft beds and pillows. Liked the small balcony access with seating and privacy.

The room was clean and included a small refrigerator and Keurig, which was nice. Staff was friendly and the location was close to SDC.

It was inconvenient not to have access to an ice machine. We were given a room on the bottom floor so we had to park and enter on the back side; not a good feel. The folks above us were VERY loud and lots of heavy walking and jumping most of the night, which made for a very long night. It would appear more insulation is needed to help control the noise and hearing other folks conversations.

The amenities, refridgerator having a freezer section was nice to have, also the Kcup coffee maker was good. The AC was set quite warm on arrival but we were able to cool down the room.

Location was nice, easy to get to and always had parking spots.

We had a bottom floor room, the people above us were very loud during the night. You could hear every word and every footstep from up above, kids were running up and down the room. Needless to say sleep was affected. We were moved the last night which was much better.

There was a serious noise issue due to the light wall and flooring. You could hear the squeaking sound when you yourself walk. To worsen the situation we had a large group of guests who checked in after 10 pm and walked, ran, talked throughout the entire night up to seven am. Our group in 3 different rooms stayed up the whole night.

The room was clean. We liked the smart tv. The location was nice- close to Silver Dollar City. We had a minor issue upon arrival- the host was VERY accommodating— offering to drive over and fix the issue. Great customer service!

The room never seemed to cool off to my liking. Admittedly, I am one that struggles with the heat when I sleep. It wasn’t as much of an issue to my husband, but the room never got below 74. Biggest complaint- we had a bottom room. We heard ALL/EVERY bit of the foot traffic/dropping of items/everyday noise from the occupants above us. I have never experienced noise from another room as much so as this. Like I said, it was ALL noise. The checkout date - or what I assume was- was the worst. We just left as soon as we could- there was no sleeping ://. The air was doable- the noise was more of an issue. Again- there were many things we really liked. But these things could definitely be looked into. :)
