Giraud I - Luxury Modern villa next to the sea with jacuzzi & Pool

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en esta casa. Estaba muy limpia, bien equipada y exactamente como aparecía en las fotos. La ubicación es tranquila y perfecta para desconectar. El anfitrión fue muy amable y estuvo atento en todo momento, respondiendo rápidamente a cualquier duda. Sin duda, una experiencia muy agradable y una casa totalmente recomendable. ¡Volveríamos a repetir!

The Villa is very well appointed and the communication with the owner is excellent. The owner was extremely flexible with our request to arrive early. The decor is stylish and there are comprehensive instructions.

Whilst location was not a problem for us future users should recognise it is part of a residential complex in a fairly isolated part of the island. That said it is quite close to a charming town and nowhere is too far if you have a car.

Pasamos un fin de semana, Juan nos atendió todas las dudas muy amablemente y con mucha paciencia, la villa era espectacular y preciosa, además de que abundaba la tranquilidad, nos fuimos complaciendo encantados con todo. Recomendable al 100%

Whirlpool, grosser und toll gestalteter Aussenbereich, sehr gutes Licht und Wifi, sehr leise Klima-Anlage, Ausstattung der Küche, Sauberkeit, Ruhe, sehr freundlicher und jederzeit erreichbarer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kleinigkeiten: unpraktisches Designmöbel im unteren Bad, gefährliche Ecken der Treppenstufen über dem Arbeitsbereich in der Küche. Aufheizzeit des Whirlpools sehr lange und nur bis 35 Grad. All dies hat jedoch den wunderbaren Aufenthalt nicht geschmälert.

La casa es tal como se ve en las fotos,esta completa de todo lo necesario,incluso en la zona de la barbacoa hay todo el set de platos,cubiertos…para no tener que utilizar lo de dentro. La zona donde esta ubicada muy tranquila,si que esta un poco alejada de los pueblos es toda una zona de casitas pero no lo cambiaria por nada,hemos estado super agusto. Era nuestra segunda vez en la isla pero volveremos y no me cabe duda que repetiremos en Giraud I.

One of the best villas we have stayed in, quiet location, very clean, really comfy firm mattresses, interior beautiful and great landscaping outside .padel and tennis court always available within 2 min walk

10am check out was a bit of a rush, but minor point

The property was exactly as the photos, very clean and with everything you’d need. The hot tub was nice in the evenings and we made great use of the bbq area. The area is quite remote so would need a car which we had and is quite close to the dunes which is a must see! The host was very helpful and responsive!
