The only downside was getting in the first door there was a chap loitering outside not sure if he lived in one of the flats but being on my own I felt a little uncomfortable. Also a pungent smell of weed from other occupants.

Didnt realise until after booking it was on third floor and no lift, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The internet connection was appalling, which considerably disadvantaged my husband during the stay as he was obliged to hotspot from his phone for work calls. The bed, although comfortable, was small for a couple and in rather a cramped space in the flat. Bearable but not ideal. Not the place for a romantic get away….

GBA lift.weareboth 90yrs old and found the stairs a nightmare. Also the bed was too small and difficult to access However the team were very good and moved the bed and 2 young ladies were excellent helping leaving
GBGorgeous views , amazing shower . Clean and tidy
The flat is 7 floor up, this was not mentioned , there was also no parking , as a disabled single mum this was an absolute nightmare for myself and child. I was on a budget so couldn’t afford the extra £15 a day parking which was an also a walk and had to keep moving the car . The oven didn’t work and would have been nice to have some advance warning of what the coffee maker was .
GBThe location was perfect. Although we had some problems the people who solved them couldn’t have been nicer. Everything was clean.
We had great difficulty gaining access to the property via a key safe which was faulty and had to be taken off the wall to retrieve the key. This wasted several hours. Also there was a problem with the Wi-Fi and tv. The owner fixed it for us but it was frustrating not to have Wi-Fi or tv the first night. We resorted to watching a program on my mobile phone.
