Villa Akmali Umalas 2BR with Private Pool & Jacuzzi

Villa is in very convenient location for our needs. Had everything we needed.

Being very close to road, the noise of motorbikes can seem very loud at certain times.

Akmali was chosen by us because of it's location in Umalas. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property , including bedrooms and pool area. All electrical and kitchen items are very new and overall we had everything we needed. The staff member Putri was very helpful and friendly , and assisted efficiently with a few minor issues. We will certainly book Akmali again for any future visits in the area.

Location was great, there was a cafe right across the road and also within a 5 minute scooter ride you were in the main area of cafes ect. Super convenient. There were 2 staff members, Putri and Yoga. They were absolutely amazing. I really honour the staff at this Villa. They contacted me everyday (at their own request) to see if we needed anything and they were extremely polite. If we had a question about something to be fixed for example it was done within a day. It was really lovely to have such gentle and kind staff. They really deserve the same respect from future visitors at the villa as they showed us. Villa was really clean also. Ive stayed at villas before and this one was possibly one of the cleanest I've stayed in. I could not spot any mould in the bathroom. Shower was spotless. Bed is super comfy.

We were happy with everything. The Villa looked even bigger when we arrived . Extremely clean. Some dogs outside kept barking during the night but ofcorse this is not the properties fault or anyone's fault.
