Villa Ocean View of Kali - Erste Meerreihe mit beheizbarem Pool

We are very grateful for the opportunity to stay at this apartment. We truly enjoyed our time here - the apartment was exceptionally clean, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The home was very well equipped, both in the kitchen and bathroom, which made it easy for us to prepare our own meals and feel comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the amazing view from the living room, bedroom, and terrace - a perfect setting for enjoying breakfast each morning. The shared pool also offers a stunning view, making it a great spot to relax. The location is excellent, too. We were able to walk to many places in Kali, including beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. The owners were very helpful, communicative, and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back someday!

Villa Ocean View of Kali exceeded all our expectations! Our family of four spent 5 nights here and felt at home from the very first moment. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and provides everything you could possibly need. The thoughtful little touches (a bottle of wine, beer, and mineral water waiting for us) made it even more welcoming. Karlheinz is a truly wonderful host: kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Thanks to his excellent recommendations, we discovered some of the island’s best restaurants and hidden gems. His whole family is extremely friendly and hospitable, which made our stay even more special. We could use the shared pool anytime we wanted, the Wi-Fi and Netflix worked perfectly, so even on rainy days we had a great time. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking, and from our bedroom we could see the sea and fall asleep every night to the sound of the waves. The charming fishing village is calm and peaceful, with everything within walking distance – no car is really needed. There’s even a place to swim right in front of the house, and plenty of other beaches nearby. Karlheinz’s kindness, thoughtfulness, and reliability made this stay unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone – and we will definitely come back!

Nothing- always was perfect!

Very nice view, newly furnished apartment, very kind owner.

What was very surprising / disappointing is the fact that the pool IS NOT standard part of the apartment, is even located on another floor. The pool actually belongs to the owners´ apartment and if the owners are present in their apartment you should ask first for the permission to use it … I would even say that the presentation of the apartment on booking website is misleading because when I booked the apartment I thought I am booking apartment with own pool … which is not the case. But otherwise the location, sea view, etc. is superb. Another negative - very slow internet connection. We are family with three daughters (13, 15, 20) and we all use electronic devices quite a lot and the speed of internet was really slow, we all had to use 5G mobile data instead of using local wifi.

The location of this property is superb. Right on the seafront with amazing views toward Zadar. It is well equipped with everything you could wish for. The owners are helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The gifts of wine, beer and water on arrival were especially appreciated. The apartment is exceptionally clean and beds are very comfortable. The pool is lovely however future guests may like to be aware that this is located on the level below the apartment on the owner’s terrace. He was very accommodating in allowing us to use this however you should see the pool as a wonderful added extra rather than to expect a traditional villa type holiday lounging around the pool all day.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. We did however travel in mid September and were unfortunate with the weather. It was also very much at the end of the season so several bars/ restaurants in the immediate area were closed. We really needed a car to be able to explore further afield at the time of our stay.
