Latidos de Triana - ático con vistas a todo Sevilla

The view was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equiped and the fridge was big and good.

The cleaning could be better, especially for the terraces. There are many plants and sadly they were neglected, please water the plants during your stay.

Brilliant location. Three great balconies and fab views of the city centre from the topmost one. Realistically though its too far from the kitchen & up 2 stairs to easily dine at the top balcony. Small but well equipped kitchen with a little balcony off it for breakfast The main bedroom is v spacious with a v comfortable bed and is on the same level as the kitchen & living room. It also has a good bathroom. Up a steep spiral stairs to the small upper floor room. There is v little room around the bed and I would only recommend it for a single person although it's got a double bed. The ensuite is small but adequate. The door to the other 2 balconies is off this bedroom. It's totally quiet as there is no street noise. It's on the 3rd floor with an elevator

I found the bed in the upper room v hard however my friend loved her bed & said it was v comfortable

Exceptional location - right in the heart of Triana, really close to lots of very good restaurants and flamenco bars and only a short walk from the historic monuments on the other side of the river. The roof terrace is incredible - you have a panoramic view of Seville, including the river and the cathedral. There are three terraces in the property - one facing the street, one with a dining table and barbecue and one high up looking out over the city, which means you are spoilt for choice in terms of vistas and people watching. Although you are in the heart of things, that flat itself is very quiet. The flat was well-furnished. Having two bathrooms is very helpful. There is one large bedroom and one pull out bed in a small room up a spiral staircase, which you walk through on the way to the terrace. However, it is still separate and private and has its own en suite. Jesús our host was very responsive and supported us to deal with one or two niggles that came up during our stay.

There were a couple of things that needed sorting during our stay - a bleeping cooker, no hot water on the first day and getting stuck in the entrance hall to the block of flats as we were leaving at the end of our stay. All of these things were sorted quickly by our host, however the property could possibly benefit from a few more checks before new visitors arrive.

AC was working very well. The apartment also had a retro record player in the living room and cool music to play

Shower was not very clean. No lights at night on the top rooftop terrace although the host tried to change it. The two rooftop terrace were also not cleaned/ prepared for guests when we arrived
