The accommodation was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There were no unpleasant smells. The location is right in the city, so everything is within walking distance and the area is lively. At the same time, the room was very quiet because the windows face a calm street. We would definitely come back again. The only thing I missed were wine glasses, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y el estado del apartamento, es bonito y acogedor. Tiene Smart tv y buena calefacción tanto abajo como arriba.

Lo que no me gustó es que tiene poca equitación en la cocina. No había ni un simple colador para el arroz, ni unas tijeras, una única sarten pequeña individual. Yo a mejorar, le pondría una tostadora y más utensilio de cocina.

The Lockbox to collect the keys was easy and efficient. Just remember your four number code! The security was good needing a Fob. Key and pass card to get in. Four doors or gates. In the Summer this apartment might be cool due to being inside a larger building with no direct sunlight. Walking to all areas was easy in this very central location. 5/5

You will need to have some knowledge about technology as the television needed some wireless connection. I had no mobile telephone of communication devices, so could not work out how to get the television to work. The front door to room one did not close flush so light came in to the bedroom when trying to sleep. The air conditioning did not work and I was rather cold. I wanted to warm the room. Some of the neighbours had loud sound keeping me awake but it stopped by 11pm. The noise from the street was minimal but contributed to the noise when sleeping.

Exceptional location, very clean and beautiful home. Would 100% stay there again and can absolutely recommend staying there. Very good value for money.

Only thing is the noise. You can hear the neighbours very well and walls are pretty thin. For a whole night we heard arguing and yelling. We did let the staff know and the issue got resolved.

L’emplacement est super, à proximité de tout, il y a une supérette, une pharmacie et un starbucks au coin de la rue. L’appartement est très joli, la décoration est choisie avec soin.

Le nécessaire n’est pas fourni. Quatre petites cuillères et seulement UNE fourchette, en étant parti à deux, on a du manger à tour de rôle. Le chauffage dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. La vitre de la douche a été cassé et il restait des morceaux de verres de partout par terre. Il y a très peu d’eau chaude, bon courage pour vous laver les cheveux. Le matelas n’est vraiment pas terrible. Il n’y a pas de serviettes de rechange, seulement deux serviettes sont fournies. Il n’y a pas non plus de sopalin. Ils essaient de vous vendre le minimum vital en faisant des packs contenant huile, sucre, sel, pâtes et riz au prix exorbitant de 20 EUROS. Je suis extrêmement choquée par la démarche sachant que l’appartement nous a coûté 74€ par nuits. À ce prix là, nous aurions pu trouver bien mieux.
