Dear Nest Home, We truly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect clean and cozy retreat after an eight day road trip from Singapore. We wanted a good rest before heading home, and your team delivered perfectly. Communication was top notch. Responses came within minutes, sometimes even seconds. Check in was easy, and the condo felt safe with security guards and a convenient carpark. We also requested a thorough cleaning, and they did exactly that. The room was beautifully furnished in a tasteful Japanese theme. Clean sheets and towels were provided, and there was no dust on any of the surfaces. They even prepared the dining table with thoroughly cleaned mugs, plates, and utensils. The hot and warm water dispenser was ready for use, and the toilet was completely free of grime. There was also an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a fridge and microwave that were clean and odor free. Bottles of washing liquid, as well as filled shampoo and shower foam, were provided too. The floor was dry, and the whole room gave off positive, relaxing vibes. I have stayed in many apartments before, and you guys really delivered. I will definitely be checking in with you again at your other units since I visit Malaysia often.
