Lovely location 5 minutes from the quayside. Sun trap of a garden which was peaceful and nice to sit out in. Good communication with the owner. comfortable room and parking onsite very good price.

Storage good for a short break, lovely decor, very clean, shower excellent, garden, location, equipment eg cutlery, plates, kettle, fridge, tea towels, fold up tables, washing up bowl

Carpet wet on arrival - smelt damp. Instructions gave us key code, but this was for an interior door- we weren't aware the outer door was unlocked , so entry was problematic. Another couple staying also experienced the same thing. Would prefer a key for the outer door, for added security.

Size/space. Position in Wells. Everything we needed

Small problem with fridge not being at correct temperature. Milk and yogurt turned overnight.
