Hotel JM International (A Unit of Hotel Care Plaza)

The owner was extremely rude. We were three girls and reached the property around 9:45 PM, but the owner denied our stay and kept shouting that Booking.com is fake and that we were making a fake booking. I kept showing him the app and the confirmation, but he was not willing to listen. Since it was already late at night and we were traveling alone, we asked if rooms were available and said we were willing to pay directly and stay, leaving the online booking issue aside. He initially agreed and showed us a room. However, when we simply asked if hot water was available, he again started shouting and questioning us about what Booking.com had promised. He unnecessarily argued with us, which made us very uncomfortable, so we decided to leave. Overall, it was a very horrible experience.

I can say it's pretty average One thing no power cut. They have a lift. Washroom is clean.

Location not good. They do not have any windows. They don't have wifi. Tv not working. Rooms are too small. Bedsheet are dirty. They not have balcony. But they advertise with they have balcony city view. Blankets are not good very cheap quality without any cover on. Specially they are not care about customer. When I asked about cancellation policy, they told me they don't have if you booked then you have to pay hole booking, even if you are not comfortable with us. In addition they do not have a proper mobile network inside the room.
