It was never possible to really talk with the Owners (as far as I know they are chatbots). I have travelled around the world and never had such a bad experience like this to collect the appartments key. It was 01:00 (night) and our appartment was already taken by three persons. We were somehow changed to another appartment and never were informed about it or about the safe code. The building is very weak regarding acoustic isolation! The zone is Madrid central but...it is La Latina
