Appartement très propre, agréable et joliment décoré. On s’y sent tout de suite bien ! L’emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités et dans un quartier calme. Une excellente expérience de location que je recommande vivement.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The communication was fantastic, we were greeted on arrival and shown to the apartment. The apartment is comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. Our host Rawya was attentive throughout our stay and if we needed anything at all she was available to help us. She was extremely helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer host. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Marrakesh.

Nous avons aimé la propreté ainsi que la décoration de l’appartement. On s’y très vite comme chez soi.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et confortable en famille dans l'appartement. Il était propre, bien entretenu et équipé de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, du début à la fin — même des épices, du café et du thé étaient à disposition. Le ménage était fait de manière approfondie tous les jours, les serviettes étaient changées quotidiennement, et notre linge a même été lavé sans que nous le demandions. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité d'une clé supplémentaire, ce qui nous a permis de ne pas dépendre d’un seul membre de la famille lorsqu’il sortait. L’emplacement est excellent : proche d’un joli centre-ville avec de nombreux magasins, supermarchés et restaurants accessibles à pied. Un parking privé était également à notre disposition. Un grand merci à la propriétaire et à notre hôte pour leurs bons soins !

Nicely decorated apartment, comfortable rooms, car park availability, location.

We had a same-day booking and received a confirmation notification through Booking.com, but the check-in process was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Before arriving, we tried to contact the property via both the platform and the listed phone number, but received no response. The phone number provided also didn’t work. Upon arrival, we discovered that the apartment looked different from the photos on the listing, and we ended up spending about 1.5 hours searching—essentially comparing door mats and small details from the pictures to identify the correct unit. When we finally found it and entered, we were surprised to find other guests already staying inside. Eventually, we managed to get in touch with the property manager by phone (as no one was present at the location). We were offered a different 2-bedroom apartment, but as we had booked a 3-bedroom for our group, we declined. They then arranged for a cleaning person to remove the other guests’ belongings and asked us to return in about two hours. When we came back after 2–3 hours, we received the keys from the building staff and were finally able to settle in. On the plus side, we did have access to the garage for parking. However, we lost about two valuable hours of our short trip—we only had one evening and the following morning in the city. We even considered switching accommodations but decided against it due to the time of day. Overall, the experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and wasted time, which could have been avoided with better communication and organization.
