'Ultra Luxury' is a strong set of words and I would argue this needs to be updated. The location, parking and price was excellent, collecting the key was painful and why the owner does not use a keycode lock box is beyond me. The cleanliness of the property was poor, most elements of the property were tired, broken or did not work, There were no towels provided and each bathroom had industrial toilet paper that you get in public convenience toilets. Lots of damage to the walls and surfaces with no Wifi or anything plugged in and working, even the bedside lamps had no bulbs or if they did the lamps did not work.

I had to keep chasing the owner for an update of a check in time they were late meeting me to handover the keys no breakfast no pillowcases no duvet cover no duvet for the sofa bed no towels washing drying on a clothes airer in the lounge no coat hangers in need of decorating in certain areas only 4 glasses of different sizes. Had to buy plastic wine glasses and tumblers

The TV did not work, did not even switch on No internet on arrival we had no kettle, this was replaced. only 2 towels between 4 people heating did not work in bedrooms or lounge area one of the windows was permanently open as the latch had broken this could of been extremely dangerous and made the apartment very noisy from the constant traffic. bugs found in the kitchen area. toaster did not work
CNNo WIFI, no hairdryer, terrible walls. The host answered very slow. Luxury apartment? You’d be kidding me.

As soon as we saw the apartment, we went on booking.com and booked ourselves into the hotel opposite costing £500. money well spent, rather than sleep in this hell hole.

Not at all a “luxurious apartment “. We arranged to meet the cleaner to collect the key, she was 20 minutes late and we had to wait in horrendous weather. When we entered the apartment, another guest was still in there. The cleaner had left washing everywhere. The beds were poorly made. A window in the apartment was broken and wouldn’t t close, when you are on the 22nd floor in a storm, this is not ideal! I believe the window has been broken for a while. The fuse box blew and there was no contact available to fix it. We had no electricity or heating. This was unacceptable. No kettle, no plugs in the sink. No breakfast ( even though a breakfast is included in the room price). The apartment needs a complete overhaul and I will be seeking a refund .

In need of some tlc - light bulbs missing, internet not working, some heaters not working. To be fair to the host we did not raise this with them as we were only staying one night, but this was a disappointment for an apartment advertised as luxury.
GBGBThe best place in Birmingham we can have . The view is absolutely stunning , The host really nice and helpful and super friendly . It’s exactly on the new street station , literally like a minute walk . This might be the best flat in all Birmingham ..
