La casa muy bonita y acogedora!!! Además la ubicación excelente

Todo fue muy bueno

Ondanks het gebruik van goedkope materialen (keuken, kasten, ...) is het een leuk en aangenaam huisje. Het terras geeft het bovendien een meerwaarde. Ook de ligging is perfect. Er lag fruit en water klaar bij aankomst. Dat was een leuke verrassing.

De machinerie in de bakkerij naast het huis zorgt zowat de hele nacht voor lawaai. Bovendien zijn de muren en ramen flinterdun zodat je echt alles hoort. Al voor 7 uur 's morgens post een loterijverkoper zich aan de ingang van de bakkerij en maakt er met iedereen luidruchtig een praatje. Het contact met de eigenaar of verhuurder verloopt via WhatsApp (wat als je dat niet hebt?). Het deurslot wordt vanop afstand geopend. Geen denken aan dat je er wat vroeger in kan. 16u is 16u. Zie dus dat je er (met zware koffers) niet te vroeg arriveert. Je staat voor de deur en komt er niet in voor 16u. Haardroger en kurkentrekker ontbreken. Het stopcontact en lichtschakelaar in de badkamer zijn een gevaar en moet dringend worden gerepareerd. De wc lekt (eenvoudig op te lossen door de afdichtingsrubber van het spoelsysteem te vervangen). Aan het pand hangt nergens het VV-bord (Viviendas Vacacionales), waardoor we ons afvragen of het wel vergund werd als vakantieverblijf.

L'appartement en lui même est correct. Hote très sympa. Très bien situé à deux pas de la plage.

Attention si vous attachez de l'importance à votre sommeil ! Une boulangerie est attenante directement derrière le mur de la chambre. Pour nous, le bruit des pétrins, des chariots et autres machines a commencé a 23h et n'a pas cessé de toute la nuit... Nous avons très peu dormi, malgré nos bouchons d'oreilles. Au petit matin, les clients discutent devant la fenêtre et celle-ci n'a aucune isolation phonique...pas de grasse mat possible... Chauffe-eau a faible capacité.

El sitio, cerca de la playa, el pueblo es precioso y la gente muy cercana y hospitalaria.

Beautiful village and close to the beach

The apartment shares a paper-thin wall with an industrial bakery that operates all night starting around midnight and until late morning with very loud machines, banging, and shouting. Its a constant noise that will drive you crazy. This detail was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. On top of that, the place was in unacceptable condition: – Signs of bedbugs, – Dirty floors, no soap, no detergent, not even basic supplies to cook or clean, – Smelled bad and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. When I contacted the host to explain the situation, he replied with condescending excuses about the “local way of life” then left me on read and never responded again. I work in hospitality myself, and this level of disregard for guests is unbelievable. I had to file a formal complaint with Booking and initiate a payment dispute with my bank. Do not book this place unless you enjoy sleep deprivation, dirt, and being ignored.

Nice cosy appartment. Good location, very clean.
