DO NOT BOOK HERE. NOT FOR VACATION STAY. FAKE REVIEWS PROP UP OVERALL REVIEW. GO TO A MOTEL. you deal with some things because it is a share house until it just keeps piling on until you cannot overlook it anymore; especially at the price point. I am just going to summarize it all because its too much to go through. - smoke alarms have batteries taken out - ants in our room climbing into our suitcase, and more ants in the bathroom - no we did not bring food in these rooms - mold on bathroom ceiling - broken bathroom missing and no toilet paper holder at all with paint peeling all over the ceiling - blinds in our room so people can stare into the bedroom - the floor in the room was sticky, as if someone spilled beer and didn't wipe it up - this is also the case for the front door handle, looks like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks - we were only given one set of towel but found a towel in the living room but I did find one in the living room, it smelt clean... - the bedsheet was obviously old and pilled so much it pricks in you in the back at night. - obviously dodgy neighborhood all this for $210 a night.

This house is just lovely. It is very secure and spacious. The layout is very simple and accessible. Also the furnishings are quite comfortable.

i know it was a shared home but, it was a lot of noises when in and out people, also missing curtains what it make it a little uncomfortable since the day light get inside the room

Price/value was very good. Owner was very responsive, professional and friendly to our requests.

It is part of the deal so no bother to us....three of the rooms shared a bathroom, one other room had its own bathroom. Everyone shared kitchen facilities and sitting rooms.

Nothing really positive to say about this place. Didn't like anything.

There are no refunds, Booked a room with a private bath the host calls back and tells me the room is not available. I was in a pinch, so I had to stay. Got interviewed before I was able to stay at the place. They advertise a lower price $89/night then they charge a $67 cleaning fee. The room was small, no TV. There is a small TV in the living room as soon as you walk in, but thats it. You have a shared fridge where you have to put stickers (they provide) on all your stuff. I leave for the job I was working at for 6am. My random roommate stayed in the shower for 45 min, so I couldn't shower before work. Definitely not an enjoyable stay. Oh, and this place is definitely in a shady neighborhood. Definitely lock your doors.
