Blanket was so small will not fit a tall person. Email sent to owner already regarding our dissatisfaction of the place.

It is spacious and my family was satisfied with their stay.

The location is accessible in all transportation, there are nearby stores, fast food and calm surroundings. There’s a cctv that make them(family) safer and comfortable.

The host was not considerable and not so nice. There’s no compensation or something from them for the hassle, 4 hours of waiting to be check in is not a joke especially with a 2 years old boy and 2 seniors from a long travel. 13:00Pm is the latest for check out, so it’s only 2 hours of overstayed and was charged of 1,500.00. But thankfully at the end, they didn’t charge us the penalty as I explained to them what happened for the late check in. They knew it and they can back read our conversation 😉. P.S: my older sister asked a favor from the caretaker if they can leave their things in one area and they will pick it up after the church service. I don’t know if she let the owner know🙂. Note: My mother overheard their conversation(caretaker and the host). About the usage of water and electricity, the bill of it. They’re not there all day on Friday, late check-in on Thursday night and whole morning on Saturday. And please send message or update to your guest/s 2 days or a day before their check in. Follow-up them for their check in arrival and gave contact that can be reach easily. Thank you and sorry for my sentiments.

Facilities were complete and the property is clean.

The host didn't give the exact location of the property. It was asked hours before arrival to the subdivision but we were told to ask the guard who also gave wrong directions. My family had to rely on the property photo on the ad just to be able to find the property.
