Free carpark, balcony with park views, pool and spa

Everything was awesome!

That it had no aircon, but other than that fab!

Had such a great stay here! The place was super clean, nicely styled and had everything I needed. The view was amazing and the whole check-in/key collection process was really easy. Would happily stay again.

Great location - easy walk into CBD but not too close/ busy or noisy. Great view of Sky Tower from apartment window. Nice park beside property (Myers) and green trees on Greys Avenue. Easy check in process with keysafe and great to have the free parking space. Comfortable and relaxed apartment, plenty space/ amenities, small outdoor balcony area and good shower pressure. Used the pool which was nice to have access to. Good communication from host.

Cleanliness - thick dust - particularly under bed, behind cabinets and on fan, washing machine filled with fluff (from drier function). I would have expected property to be much cleaner than it was. Aircon in building didn’t really work but thankfully host provided additional separate aircon unit which was greatly appreciated as was definitely needed in January.

Excellent location close to park

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Fußläufig war alles sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Anbietern war jederzeit zu erreichen und half in allen Belangen. Danke dafür! 😁 Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Tastefully decorated, with nice plants and furniture. Well cleaned. Peaceful spot. The host seems to care. Responsive and quick to sort any issues. Kindly allowed a late checkout.

Toilet paper was very thin and cheap! Not in keeping with the rest of the place.

The check-in video instruction was helpful. The location is in CBD so it’s accessible to most tourist spots. The free parking space is also a great bonus. The place is safe and secured because of the key needed to go in. The place has all the amenities needed.

Miscommunication about check-in time as the cleaner was still there when we went in at 2pm. We had to stay outside for an hour to wait for her to finish. Also we weren’t informed beforehand that the building’s heating/cooling system is not working. There’s already a portable unit present inside but it took too long to cool the room. Most of the time, we felt hot and sweaty while inside the place especially at night when sleeping.
