There really wasn't anything.

Location, no means to get to our room other than stairs, second to top floor! The place seemed to be housing for immigrants and certainly not what you expect from Air BB. The room wasn't clean. Kitchen tap hanging off, integrated fridge collapsed, unit just sat on top. Couldn't drain the bathroom basin as it was broken. In honesty, the list goes on! Not what you'd expect from an air BnB.

Door being knocked aggressively at unreasonable times (3am) due to the property having a leak and flooding downstairs. Service workers arriving at 6am to address the situation and on top of that host refusing to give back the security deposit due to service engineers not giving back the key!!! 🫨

Good value for money, free parking. Nice location

Check in process could be smoother

I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment. I arrived at the property exactly at 1 PM, as per my confirmed early check-in, but I couldn't get in. When I called the host, I was unexpectedly told to collect the keys from a nearby petrol station—something I was never informed about beforehand. When I got to the petrol station, the attendant refused to release the keys, saying it wasn’t yet time for check-in and that there was no record of my early check-in payment. After a frustrating hour of back-and-forth calls with the host, he told the attendant to hand over the keys. This wasted an entire hour of my stay. To make matters worse, the apartment was dirty, and the TVs didn’t work. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend staying here.

Good size apartment. Nice decor. Large main bedroom.

Felt like a HMO. Oven and hot water not working.
