The host just provide one aircond remote for use for all the aircond at rooms and hall. Meanwhile their internet service is very bad the line maybe they should upgrade the internet.

GBPretty good location, about 20minute walk into the main hub of George Town. Loads of places to eat nearby by. It was very clean, had decent wifi and a water dispenser. Nice pool too! The host was also very quick to reply and sent help quickly when I got locked out
The host made a mistake with our booking and only had 1 room for us so make sure to check your booking! She did try to move us but it took time and was complex and I’m not convinced based on the pictures that what we received was worth what we paid due to the studio size difference. We only had 1 working entrance card at the beginning for 4 people which was a bit of a nightmare. The shower head can’t be angled so it just fires at you in a weird direction making it hard to shower. One of the bedrooms was really hard to walk around the beds, almost no space.
