Pleasant and responsive owner. Bright and clean apartment, good location, comfortable bed. Basic necessities are available. Nice pool in the complex.

Two adults and a 2-year-old child rented an apartment for a whole month. Upon arrival, everything was great, but then only disappointments began. The water in the shower was barely flowing, it was a big problem to wash the shampoo out of long hair, the owner said that this problem was in the whole complex, but in the end no one had such a problem. The husband was able to make it in his shower so that the water flowed in a good flow. And then the most interesting thing is to cook food or wash things, whatever, just turning on the hairdryer is a whole quest. Cooking food took a lot of time, we constantly ran to turn on the switch, and if we put on a wash, the plugs were knocked out 5+ times. The child did not want to go to the apartment in the evening because he was afraid as the lights were constantly turning off. We wanted to write to booking support so that they would give us another accommodation, but the owner said that he would try to rectify the situation and that the electricity would be fixed. We decided to wait, but this problem lasted during our entire vacation, the whole month! The owner attempted to repair it, and I thank him for that, but nothing worked. Complete disappointment. It was very noisy, unfortunately the neighbors behind the wall decided to do repairs and every day we listened to the neighbors drilling, knocking, putting putty, etc. If we had come for a week, it wouldn’t have been so sad, but living for a month with a small child, it’s also not possible to eat every time in a restaurant because of electricity problems. Who will refund the checks?
