Bathroom and toilet inside the house. Bathroom shower knob is broken Toilet need one exhaust fan. While using it too smelly in the house

Everything. Beautiful home, very spacious, clean and tidy.

No instructions to work tv, took awhile to work it out but we got there in the end.

It was nice and spacious it was clean and had things for kids had everything we needed

The lawns in front needed to be done

The setup is great for a family gathering, and the location is quiet while close to the base.

Me, hubby, brother and his wife, plus 7 young kids all stayed here together. Plenty of space to get away from each other, but still so homely with the setup. Will definitely be back when we visit Hamilton again Fantastic spot, modern amenities. Great show pressure, comfy beds, beautiful open kitchen/living to cook and watch young kids. Fenced section to keep kids safe outside and the area was really quiet at night. Also just down the road from Te Awa Base, so easy short drive to shops or movies.

Not much to say, couple of minor things came up but we spoke to property owner and they were fast to respond and really easy to communicate with.

Great location, room for everyone, worked well for our group.

Booked for 11 adults but we were only given 9 towels and the 11th bed was a mattress on the floor that had a fitted sheet but no blankets or pillow. Also stray black hairs in bathroom. Could do with somewhere to hang towels in bathroom incl hand towel.
