I did not stay here. I tried to book and they sent a text via WhatsApp and asked for payment over text. Which is exactly what booking.com asked you not to do. So I said I’m not paying you over text, it gave me an option to cancel… but they did not cancel. When I tried to cancel through booking.com, they told me they couldn’t get a hold of the owner so they couldn’t cancel for me. They still charged me full price. Completely ripped me off and scammed me.
