The staff was friendly, specially Said always trying to deliver our requests, and very helpful, making the overall service a positive part of our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to key attractions and amenities, only 5 minutes from Madrassa ben Youssef and 10 minutes from Jamma al Fna

The breakfast was a major letdown. The bread wasn’t fresh and heated in the microwave, and instead of butter, they served margarine but we made them buy true butter. There were no eggs or fruit, and the quantity of food available was quite limited. The room was not up to standard. The towels and sheets had a strange smell(smelled like smoke), and the room itself had a musty odor, possibly from poor ventilation (the rooms have no windows). To make matters worse, there were dust bunnies and dirt rolls under the bed. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low—just a trickle of water coming out. It was very uncomfortable and not what I expected. It was impossible to wash your head in the upper rooms of the riad, we had to use the downstairs rooms There was also an issue with the hotel’s transfer service. They didn’t adhere to the scheduled times for transport to restaurants or tours, which caused inconvenience and delays. Overall, while the staff and location were great, the cleanliness, breakfast, and amenities left much to be desired. I would suggest the hotel address these issues before I would consider returning.
