Indulge in an Urban Oasis at Green Point Sanctuary

Super aconchegante, tem tudo o que você precisa. É exatamente como nas fotos. O hospedeiro fica sempre a disposição para conversar com você, caso necessário. Amamos o presentinho que nos deixaram!!! (Foto) Fica super perto de uma avenida movimentada com bastante comércio. Estávamos sem carro, conseguimos ir a pé para o Waterfront tranquilamente, vinte minutinhos andando. Só a noite que talvez fosse interessante pegar um uber, pois ficam meio desertas as ruas.

Very simple accommodation but had all we needed. There was a stove with oven, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. They provided tea, coffee and sugar which was great. The room was comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. The property manager was super helpful giving us tips on how to get around and asking questions at anytime. There was also a little book with recommendations of what to do, where to eat and places close by

The hot water ran out very quickly and you would have to wait a few hours for the water to get hot again which wasn’t so fun in winter when we wanted hot showers. There wasn’t a coffee plunger even though ground coffee was provided for us

Streamlined check in/out process. Managed to arrange for early check in on request.

Great location if you want quick access to the promenade. Great bakery and gelata (Mora) nearby, as well as a supermarket. A bit of a traffic jam when getting in and out of the city during the rush hour, but not too bad. Parking is on the street, we always found a parking spot, even if there are not many.

excellent location, short walk to the waterfront and to pick-up points from where all of the many major attractions of cape town can be accessed. very well appointed unit and equipped with all the facilities one would require for a comfortable stay. outdoor seating for breakfast or an evening meal in the midst of a verdant and beautifully maintained green space were an unexpected bonus. we only stayed here two nights at the very end of our holiday, but wish we could have stayed longer. will definitely return here if we visit cape town again.

the room lacked full blackout curtains, which may be a desirable thing to have for guests who prefer to sleep in late, we, however, went out early on both mornings, so it was not an issue for us.

The property felt secure at all times, even with my 9 pm arrival time, both check in and check out were smooth and easy to do. I felt like I was coming home after my daily excursions and with the operation of services on the property everything was clear and easy to operate. Onsite assistance that was required was dealt with swiftly. Will definitely look to stay here again on future trips to Cape Town.
