-The apartment has only 3 room eventhough it listed 4 room - when u ask the owner they just say they overbook and didn't give partial refund because of lack of the room and instead wanting to give extra bed but when we book we specifically want 4 bedroom since we had 4 families and having only 3 bedroom are the worst since we paid for 4 bedroom and only get 3 bedroom it literally doesnt sound right ( booking.com careline that we called) - the owner rejected to give us one room refund that we wanted since we dont get 1 room that we are promised since he said we book based on the size of the apartment and not based on room ( we check with booking.com and said it not true) - the iron was not good it didn't get hot at all - the security guard the worst..i mean so rude. There is one indian big guy that wear white clothes that are so rude. Like its our first time so we ask nicely but he just answer rudely and even said something in tamil so as someone that ask nicely it was really rude. He even make faces and commenting on rude thing ( we did not do anything wrong we just clueless) and he can just assist us nicely but nope he decided to roll his eyes and maybe curse us in his languange and also shaking his head because we dont know... Overall the experience was not good at all with the unresponsible owner that keep denying and keep using ai to answer our questions and also with security guard that are rude and mean for no reason. I will 100% not recommend this place at all and even the owner comment anything below this just dont trust because we call booking.com already so we are just saying truth..

Owner accused us a tray in refrigerator ( peri ais) we stole it.In future pleasa anyone who want to stay please take picture everything in the appartment,and inform to the owner.

We had a wonderful stay!The place was clean,comforble,the host was very friendly and helpful ,always quick to respond to our questions,the location was convenient,close to shops and restaurants.we will definitely come back again and highly recommed this place to others

Towels (too thin n the size of child) Pillows - either too thin or too hard, no quality Furniture eg dining table chairs mix type asal ada shj, vanity table fit for child not adult Smelly dustbin in kitchen Shower rain too hard on skin and cannot change type

The whole house floor is so dusty Please change the water filter..the water is very dirty TV remote broken Iron board also in bad condition
