Stinky bathroom - but with the fan on day and night we didn’t notice. Most probably a building sewage system issue.

The property was spacious and comfortable with well equiped kitchen. Close to transport or 20 minute walk to city centre. We also got takeaway from the poke bowl/sushi place hidden down a corridor nearby that was very good

The strong unpleasant odour in the bathroom meant that by the end of our stay we left the bathroom extractor fan on constantly. The pillows seemed cheap and were too soft and uncomfortable.

Location was great, with bus stop in front, near metro, near supermarket, over all it was comfortable, there’s a lift, and kitchen with good amenities. Also provide luggage storage

Communication can be better. Was a bit difficult to reach during check in as we didnt get the instruction beforehand. Thankfully there was a staff on the room and managed to check in early. Smart TV didnt work. There was no spare trash bag and no cleaning/towel change.

The location was good. The person al helpfull.

The elevator is small - the bike didn’t get inside- slow and without inner doors. The air conditioning is undersized for the appartment. Overpriced for offered conditions.

The apartment is very nice, clean and it is very well located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to the city center. We had everything we needed there inside the apartment and even access to a common nice terrace. The communication with the staff was very good also. At least 2 metro stations nearby, busses to different directions, one beautiful park, 2 supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants (an excellent one, exactly accros the street). The staff recommendations regarding the restaurants/supermarkets/what to do in Lisbon were also very helpful.

There was only one minus for the apartment, but it seams that this problem is one of the most common in the city, related to the bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes from time to time. Still, if we will go again to Lisbon, we would choose again this location.

The location is perfect for those who dont like to stay in touristic downtown. It's a great residential area and a short walk down the beautiful Avenide de Liberdad will take you right to the heart of the city. The apartment was perfect for a couple + kid. Spacious and quiet, even though overlooking a big street, it wasn't really that much traffic noise. Small details like jam made by Mischa's dad - even if it's marketing, I liked that little touch and wish the dad all the best. Instructions were detailed and communication smooth. I was happy I booked this place. There is a beautiful brutalist church right around the corner and a great grocery store just across the street.

Maybe it wouldn't hurt to add a mention somewhere in the hallway that there's an office is on the 1st floor where you can talk to someone. We arrived early and navigation inside the building wasn't so obvious. The only thing really that needs to be fixed is the leaking from the shower cabin after use, as mentioned by other users. As far as I am concerned, the odor from the pipes is a norm for local water system. Just keep the lid shut and flush on arrival, it might help a bit. And maybe putting a little additional shelf on the wall of the bathroom for storage also wouldn't hurt.
