Lovely, Cosy Beachside Cottage 1 - Perfect Location

Excellent location. Good size bedrooms. Games room. Decent wifi.

Don’t want to be negative but here goes. Firstly l wouldn’t call the place dirty but it could definitely benefit from a deep clean. The decor could also do with being refreshed. The garden needs sorting out and I wouldn’t let young children play in it as I think it wasn’t completely safe. After booking I was asked to pay either a £500 security deposit that £10 would be kept after as a admin fee. Fair enough. Or a £35 damage waver fee. That’s what we chose and I’m glad I did as there was quite a bit of damage here and there. Some daft things like a large hole in the arm of a chair. The sealant around the bath. My main issues though was with the internal front door as it wasn’t hung correctly and was coming away from the door frame. This made us feel a bit unsafe. Then the noise from the apartment above. Due to there being no carpets in the property ( completely understandable as it’s practically located on the beach) the acoustics were magnified to the point where it felt like upstairs were sat in the room with us. They weren’t even really being that loud.

great place to go and relax location was great stayed there due to work, so very convenient to get to work

Firstly its a bottom floor house not a cottage. Its in a Great location , beaches just around the corner. Its nice and quit compared too the other side of Llandudno, which suited us great. (Great sunset from the beach) The house is nicely decorated. With lovely big beds! Plenty of free Street parking.(although the host said there was no parking) nice game room out back!

THE BIGGEST problem was we were asked to pay £500 security deposit or a non refundable weaver. (That was more that our booking cost) This was not stated in the listing, If I wouldn't have booked. Then the refund of the 500 look a week! The property looked clean at first glance but around the corner/under the fire has alot of dust build up. The bath needed silicone doing again. There was a big gap which made us about scared using the shower incase of damage. The living area isn't the biggest but decent size for 3 people (2 seater sofa & 1 seater armchair) the only other option are the dining chairs- Not comfortable if you want to watch TV۔

The apartment was nice snd spacious. The location is beautiful The owner was very quick to respond and welcome us. Only issue was we left the remote on the side for the TV and didn't use it but was told it had gone missing.

The apartment was bright spacious and in a great location,, the beds were super comfy and the location was quiet with a stunning sandy beach and a lovely little garden to sit in

The sealant around the bath had come away from the top of the bath, so was reluctant to use the shower as i didn't want to cause any damage The fridge door opens the wrong way but this is easily turned round , only three mugs/cups, all these are minor I do think when booking you should be warned you will be contacted by another company asking you for a very large deposit or to pay a waiver fee

Location by the beach and the games room great fun,Great pub up the road,family friendly and excellent meal.

Property not a lovely cosy cottage it's a flat,hadn't been cleaned prior to our visit,cob webs everywhere,could feel grit on floors(probably sand)hairs,stains and bits in bed,decor tired,fixtures and fittings need attention and garden untidy.Was embarrassed to have taken family and mum there.

Great location. Not house in pic by road sign but couple of houses up. Ground floor apartment. Lovely big bedrooms. Great communication from owner. And games room great fun!

Dining and living area quite small. Comfy 2 seater sofa opposite wall mounted TV. Dining set under TV so if more than 2 people others would have to sit on dining chairs to watch TV. They are comfy tho!
