No service at all, stairs going down than up than down and walk way was made of rocks, could not roll suitcases and i had asked for a bottom floor due to knee problems and they gave us rooms on second floor . No where to get water to drink

Not so much up ad down stairs and an easier walk way to roll luggage.

It is a great place to stay

There was no breakfast, only instant coffee.

There were a couple of very minor issues in the room (no glasses for water or wine, for example) but nothing that interfered with the enjoyment of my stay.

Beautiful garden and pools. Room very clean and comfortable .

Manager did not enforce rule of no loud music by the pool. Painfully loud!

The property is beautiful and has lots of potential. It’s close to the downtown area and has cute restaurants nearby. Has a pool year round, which was cold for my 7 month old baby but probably okay for older kids and adults. No food onsite, but there are restaurants that deliver. Comfy bed.

Level of communication while I was there was poor. There was no one there to greet me, and the person I found onsite was not very helpful. I had to ask for so many things via text. The biggest issue was that I was traveling alone with a 7 month old baby, which they knew, but they put me on the 2nd floor and didn’t want to help me bring my heavy stroller up. I eventually found someone to help me but taking it down at the end of the trip was also a hassle. Also it got very cold at night, and I wasn’t able to sleep very well.
