USIt was nice to have a private pool instead of going to the resort especially once the busy weekend hit. The room was a very nice size with a fabulous private balcony for morning and evening yoga, morning coffee afternoon drinks, etc. Overall a very comfortable space for long term with the exceptions only in the response below. Refunded time for issues was really good, ice, internet and housekeeping questions were answered right away.
I was expecting a at least an apartment size refrigerator/freezer. The only thing in the room was a wine cooler which doesn’t get very cold. When we wanted ice we had to call the conceirge to bring it up each day. I would rather not have to do this. The room was very dark, the lighting needs cleaned and updating. The closets have lights that don’t work making it impossible to see your things. The bedside reading sconce on the right flickered so it was unusable. A smart TV would be a no brainer upgrade for the unit. If the directions could give the address of the check in tower in the instructions this would prevent misunderstanding. I was out front upon the arrival of other guest walking around looking for the tower to check in and able to direct them to the right tower, happy to do so , but it’s embarrassing for people to walk up to a door where they assume they are saying and find it locked.

I had an absolutely awful experience at the check in and check out. For check in nobody helped me with the luggage, making me walk for 10min around the building trying to find the storage. At check out I was surprised to find out there is an extra charge for cleaning. Apart from that I checked out at 12 and got an extra fee for late check out of $350 which is higher than one night price. I tried to explain that the housekeeping came in at 11 saying it’s ok to check out at 12. Besides, nobody gave me a call to notify about the check out and extra charge. When I tried to explained that to the front desk lady, she only gave me a rude reply that she is not gonna call 700 rooms. Very disappointed and stressed.
