Ottima posizione! Appartamento spazioso e pulito! Indicazioni dello staff precise! Eravamo a Verona per un concerto quindi era un soggiorno brevissimo.. quindi è stato comodissimo perché è vicino alla Arena! Da ritornare!

"Fantastic location in the heart of the city"

It was in a fantastic location. The balcony meant you could look out over one of Verona’s busiest pedestrian streets, and you are close to lots of bars, shops, restaurants and the arena. The flat itself was great - large with a good size bedroom, kitchen and dining area. The staff were really helpful with the issues we had.

We were unable to use the safe, as the locks were blocked and the washing machine was not working when we arrived. We were only in the city for two days so didn’t want to spend too long trying to fix things. The staff were really responsive and helpful, and they came out to resolve the washing machine problem. We also found it hard to work the coffee machine. Maybe include instructions re the safe, coffee machine and washing machine in the welcome pack?
