Clean room for the most part, has all necessary items like toaster, electric hot water kettle, microwave oven, fridge, dishes, cutlery, paper towels

A couple minor issues, bathroom sink faucet had small drip that didn’t stop, bathtub needs grip strips or removable grip rug to prevent feet from slipping and maybe a grab bar in tub also.

Location was good for our needs. Front desk & hotel staff were pleasant & helpful.

The host was difficult to reach & did not communicate well. When we arrived, safe was locked & unusable - his response was a text “safe is broken”. We called front desk & they fixed promptly……..when the A/C was not working properly, we just contacted them directly at hotel & they were very helpful. As previously mentioned, I did not appreciate a booking that I made directly with Booking.com being handled by another party (apparently Airbnb) without me knowing this would be the situation - would have been easier to book directly with the Aqua Palms!! I am also not at all happy that after multiple communications to you, I STILL have not received any response or compensation from Booking.com with regards to the overcharge for this accommodation (even though 3 of your agents said I would be!!). I have booked hotels many times previously with Booking.com & had no problems but after this, I have no intentions of doing any future bookings through your company!
