"ottima posizione, appartamento molto spazioso"

Appartamento spazioso con tre affacci ed enorme balcone al 7° piano di grande complesso edilizio. Doppio bagno, doppia camera, grande cucina, lavanderia e mega salone. Al piano terra presenza di piazzetta con negozi vari e di un grande supermercato della catena HiperDino. Parcheggio per auto interno ed interrato molto comodo. L’appartamento si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino e dalla spiaggia, molto comodo. Molto gentile Cristina la proprietaria che ci ha consegnato personalmente le chiavi, comunicazioni facili e rapide. Leggermente carente nella pulizia e nell’atmosfera generale, ma sicuramente ben consigliato. Posizione molto favorevole per visitare la parte est dell'isola.

qualche piccola attenzione in più in cucina (es. il rifornimento dei condimenti di base)

De beheerders kwamen de sleutels brengen op de luchthaven en waren heel aardig. Het appartement ligt centraal, maar is toch rustig. Als je de straat naar beneden uitloopt, ben je aan zee. Het bed was heel comfortabel.

Nuestra estancia ha sido inmejorable. Destaco sobretodo la atención por parte de la anfitriona muy amable y dispuesta a resolver cualquier consulta. Además de los pequeños detalles en el alojamiento que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sumado a la ubicación céntrica, un acierto total.

Cristina ha sido una perfecta anfitriona, nos ayudó muchísimo!! La localización del piso ha sido perfecto, a pesar de estar en el centro, un lugar muy tranquilo y cerca de todo. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones. Volveremos!!!

Was welcomed by the very nice & friendly hosts who gave a tour around the apartement and handed over the keys. Very clean and luxurious apartment close to city centre, ideal as a fall out base. Has every facility you could wish for. Giant supermarket at ground floor.
