Lilyturf - 2 Bedroom Luxury Apartment by Mint Stays

The Apartment was very clean and stylish. The 2 bedrooms had very large comfy beds. The bathroom had a very good shower The kitchen had all the electrical items you need. The Television in the living area was large and easy to use.

My biggest issue was the Checkin (16:00) and Checkout (10:00) time, yes they are clearly defined on the listing however they are atypical of most accommodation options and restrictive of our enjoyment of the property. Also, we didn't receive our Checkin instructions until after 16:00 and only after I chased up about them. And on the day of our departure, the cleaners were waiting outside the door of our apartment from 9:45, making us feel pressured to vacate the property. The sofa bed was very small (width wise), and certainly would not accommodate 2 adults and you would struggle to get 2 children on it. I also had to request bedding for it as it wasn't provided. Although not expected, some additional refreshment provisions would have been welcome in the kitchen(there was some very dried up coffee in a tin and nothing else). Additionally in the kitchen there was no tea towel and only one dishwasher tablet making self catering less achievable.

Great amount of space for three people, especially the living room area, great for spending time with the friends I stayed with. Clean, tidy, had a smart TV, kitchen area was well-equipped, a great stay overall. The only option we found as a group of three people travelling without wanting to share a bed. Not too far from the centre of town, very reasonable driving time. Got in using a door code, which felt convenient and easier than keeping track of a set of keys.

It would've been nice to see towels and bedding for the guest on the sofa bed, just a nice touch that would've brought this stay from a 9/10 to a 10/10. I don't remember seeing instructions on converting the sofa into a bed, but we figured it out on the second night. It also felt a bit cheeky to be asked to take the bins out, considering the price we paid, it ended the stay on a note that could've been just that tiny bit nicer.

Location was perfect, taxi into Bristol city centre was cheap. Restaurant next door was beautiful. The rooms were absolutely stunning. Toilet was beautiful, fresh towels, bedding. Everything provided. Perfect!

Super well-equipped flat, really clean, comfortable beds and super easy check-in and out - top job!

Didn't have full access to all cleaning amenities located in the cleaning cupboard? We couldn't get it open, but wasn't a massive deal.

Microwave had splash marks inside it perhaps soup. Oven had a blob of something baked on hard inside it. I didn't clean that. Shower a bit dodgy hit then cold water. Ran a bath which was cold

Great from the start - The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The décor is absolutely stunning and location is perfect! The bed was huge and super comfortable. Great touch having the complementary bottle of prosecco and milk in the fridge ready for our arrival. would definitely stay again.
