Casavagos Tiny House

Host was super nice and super attentive. The place was cozy and it had everything we needed.

Cleanliness. The bed sheets and comforters had what appeared to be dog hair. There were multiple areas with cob webs and dust/dirt. The microwave was dirty with dried food splatter. There were extra blankets on top of the washer/dryer but it was unclear if they were clean since they too had dog/pet hair. The house is right in front of the main house, we could see into each others' windows, if you want more privacy thats something to consider.

It was fairly close to the College we were looking into for my granddaughter. It was quiet at night. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than I thought it would be for a tiny home, I was happily surprised by that. The fireplace was nice. I had never stayed in a tiny house before and wanted to try one out.

Mostly the fact that it was not as clean inside or out as it should have been and the outside was rather a mess, junky surroundings all over the property. ugh! an eyespot! The view from a top the hill was nice, but overlooked due to the junk around the house and the tiny home. I kept the window shades closed as I didn’t like looking almost directly into the owners home from the small dining table and bedroom and loft windows. A nice setting would have made it much more attractive! Also there were spider webs on the windows, which were not clean either. I was afraid of being bitten at night, but never saw spiders. The oven and refrigerator should have been wiped down. (I didn’t use either). The bedroom could basically only fit the queen bed, which is all it had in it. There was a very small space on either side where they could have put a small nightstand so as to have a place to lay your cell phone and glasses at night. A lamp would have been nice, so as not to have to get out of bed to turn the light on by the foot of the bed. Or perhaps they could have added a small shelf of some kind above the head of the bed. I had to lay my one small travel bag on the couch, along with the extra pillow and decorative pillows at night. The bedroom is totally for sleeping only. When I pulled back the bedspread, it appeared the sheets were not tucked in tight. I was concerned maybe they had been previously used. Not sure, but didn’t smell, so I took my chances. The bed in the loft was under the low side of the slanted ceiling, thus upon awaking my adult granddaughter banged her head each morning. Poor design? Also, I’m not sure the stairs to the loft were up to code, very steep, even for her. The screen in the lg window upstairs was missing, hazardous for a small child? The rest of the insides was ok, except could not get the wall heater to come on, so used the fireplace and a room heater for warming up on the chilly mornings.

The tiny house was in a good location for our activities. However, upon arrival we noticed the home hadn’t really been cleaned (smears in toilet, crust in sink, dirty floor in loft, trash not taken out). The oven was difficult to use and there is a large gap under the front door that allows cold air in at night. My 5 year old did love the loft bed and the beds were comfortable, I just question the cleanliness unfortunately.

The property was disgusting! Very evident that they don’t clean between bookings. Urine on toilet seat, scum in the shower and fluid stains on the sheets. Totally unacceptable, was not going to allow my children to sleep there. We left and found other accommodations for the night.

Very cute, nicely and cleverly done up tiny home on wheels. Private, has a nice territorial view. Attractive decor. Proprietor's directions for arriving and getting in were very clear.

It's a bit of an exaggeration to call this a 2-bedroom property. There is one bedroom. The other sleeping space is a small, low-ceilinged loft space tucked between the bathroom ceiling and the roof. It would be more accurate to call this property a "one bedroom with an accessory sleeping loft, " or something like that. Kitchen could have used a bit more in the way of utensils.

Beautiful tiny home. Main floor bed was incredibly comfortable for me. There is a loft with a mattress as well. My niece said it was nice and she really liked the space. Having a super clean, super nice bathroom with a decent shower was a plus.

This is a tiny home and there wasn't a night stand next to the bed for water, clock or phone. I used the stool under the dining table and it worked out well. We could not find extra hand towels or wash cloths. To clarify: We left as soon as we woke up so we did not ask for anything and Rachel did not have an opportunity to help us. I would stay here again without question.

That it had a washing/dryer machine(combination unit). Cute tiny house.

Shower had a little mold, and the unit had cobwebs in the corners. Otherwise a cute place for a rest.
