The pre-arrival messages from the host made us feel well-prepared and welcomed. She provided clear instructions which were incredibly helpful. The property is very secure with security and a lift, and the free WiFi was reliable throughout our stay. The location is close to Preston bus station and a quick walk to the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The bathroom is modern and includes a bath, which was a nice touch.
