Casa Sunrise - Deluxe house with rooftop, 5 pools and panoramic sea views, Calpe

L’appartement était parfait décoré avec goût , magnifique vue, les piscines étaient au top ! Tout est compris dans l appartement (draps, serviettes, électroménager) L emplacement est idéal si vous avez une voiture, la résidence est au calme 😍😍

Rien tout était tres bien

Super mooie zwembaden met gratis ligzetels. Mooi appartement met prachtig dakterras. Alles goed onderhouden. Goede ligging met gratis parking. Vriendelijke en snelle communicatie! Fijne dame van het onderhoud!

Voor ons was de matras van het dubbel bed te hard.

De locatie was prettig. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Fijne badkamer en fijne bedden. De zwembaden zijn heerlijk en daar hebben we echt van genoten. Het uitzicht over de zee is leuk. Je hebt wel een autootje nodig voor het gemak. Er is een parkeerplaats beneden bij de ingang.

The views through the two terraces were just amazing!!! :) You have the entire town behind your feet, you see the rock and the sea in front. It's amazing watching the lights turn on in the town in the evening while the sky is getting darker. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner outside to enjoy it! The kitchen was fully equipped and we found everything we needed. We travelled with 2 kids, so we need to cook quite often. The girls enjoyed the games they found in their room, but most of all - the pools where they could freely play there multiple times per day. There were just a few other families there, so we enjoyed the space very much.

The apartment is beautifully renovated, but the area/resort was built quite some years ago. We usually find contactless check-in/out a bit easier.

Property was super clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom is with warm and cold water and good pressure. The views are spectacular, and it’s an excellent place to stay with kids. There are lifeguards on the pool. Bedrooms are on a shadow side so it’s always a bit cooler. The aircon works perfectly if you need.

There are stairs to get into the property but it’s normal as it’s on the hill. Pool hours are strict and it’s 10:00-19:00 only.

Casa Sunrise does indeed have superb views across Calpe, the Peñon and the ocean. And, the sun rises right in front of the balcony and windows. Sitting on the balcony for breakfast in the sun was a wonderful experience. The roof top terrace was great for sun bathing and even in January had sun for most of the day. The apartment is very well equipped and the kitchen has everything you could want. We also found the bed and mattress very comfortable. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from the centre of Calpe, beaches, and restaurants.

There weren't any negatives. It is worth being aware that a car is needed as Calpe centre would be a long walk and parking is down some steps from the apartment so it wouldn't be suitable for anyone with reduced mobility.

Maria was an excellent host. She went out of her way to go to the store and bring us soap and a few other things as a kind gesture. She was very nice and helpful. The property is about 8-10 minutes driving to the center/beach. We really enjoyed the barbecue and terrace. The apartment was nicely decorated. It is a good place to stay, and would be great if they could include more necessities.

The property was lacking in amenities. There was no soap in the bathroom or kitchen. There was also no kitchen towels/paper towels, so we had to use a bath towel while cooking. The air conditioning was great in all of the rooms except for one bedroom that did not have any. We found the beds to be very uncomfortable as well.

Both the indoor and the outdoor spaces of this apartman allowed for a great time for our family of 4. We cooked and grilled a lot, and spent a lot of time in the amazing pool area. We'll be back!
