"5* Gem"

Yvonne was friendly and welcoming . Printed off locations of good places for food and drinks. Also taxi companies . Ceiling fan in the room was a life saver in the heat. Location was great. Very clean. Would happily stay again

Yvonne was very helpful and friendly amd gave us a ground floor room for the dog.Y he room was good with s comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was great and the dog also got breakfast. Not far from centre of Blackpool.

The room was lovely and clean the host was kind very helpful nothing was too much trouble do anything to help it was near all attractions few minutes away breakfast was lovely and delicious i will definitely be booking again

The bed was so comfy, towels beautiful soft and little gifts of shower gels very nice. Host was warm and welcoming

It's an old building, in middle of renovation so expect creaking floors, and rooms are outdated once decorated though it will be perfect

"Lovely clean hotel with lovely and helpful staff"

Me and 3 friends stayed here whilst attending the pier on the pier festival, it was our first time staying and we will definitely be returning, the room for the price was amazing and had all the facilities we needed provided We was also facilitated with the early check in and late check out. This hotel is in the perfect place and only a short walk to the sea front, beautiful clean hotel and lovely staff Thank you for our lovely stay, we will definitely be back next year
